Resetting Your Password
Step-by-step guide to recovering access when you've forgotten your password.

Forgot your password

Go to the login page
Visit app.zenithams.com/login or admin.zenithams.com.

Click 'Forgot password'
Click the forgot password link below the login form.

Enter your email
Enter the email address associated with your account and submit.

Check your inbox
You'll receive a password reset email within a few minutes. Click the link inside.

Set a new password
Enter and confirm your new password. You'll be redirected to login.
Important: Password reset links expire after 60 minutes. If yours has expired, restart the process from the login page.
Note: If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam/junk folder. If still not received, contact your association administrator or reach out to our support team.
