Quick Start Guide
Get your association up and running in five steps — from registration to your first member invitation.
This guide walks you through the fastest path to setting up your association on Zenith AMS. Most associations complete these steps in under 15 minutes.
Step 1 — Register your association
Go to zenithams.com and click Get Started. You'll be guided through a four-step registration wizard:
Association details
Enter your association name, type (e.g., Professional Association, Alumni Network), country, and a short description.
Admin account
Create the administrator account — your name, email address, and a strong password. This account will have full control over the association.
Plan selection
Choose a subscription plan that matches your association's size and feature needs. You can start with a free trial.
Review and submit
Review all the details you've entered, then confirm to create your association. You'll receive a confirmation email.
Step 2 — Configure your association
Log in to the admin panel at admin.zenithams.com. Navigate to Settings to:
- Upload your association logo and configure branding
- Set your association's primary currency
- Define membership tiers (e.g., Regular, Life, Honorary)
- Customize the member profile questionnaire with your own fields
Step 3 — Add your first members
You can add members in two ways: individually through the Members panel, or in bulk using the CSV import feature. If you have an existing membership list, CSV import is the fastest path.
Step 4 — Create your first financial item
Navigate to Finances → Financial Items in the admin panel. Create a financial item representing your association's membership dues or any other recurring charge. Then use Financial Assignments to assign this charge to all relevant members in bulk.
Step 5 — Share the portal with your members
Your members access the portal at app.zenithams.com. They select your association by name or URL slug. Share this link in your welcome communication so they can log in and explore their profile, dues, and notices.
