Inviting Members to Your Association
How to add members individually, in bulk via CSV, or through invitation emails.
Getting members onto the platform is one of the most important steps in your setup. Zenith AMS offers three ways to add members.
Adding members individually
In the admin panel, navigate to Members → Add Member. Fill in the member's name, email, phone number, membership tier, and any other required profile fields. An invitation email will be sent automatically.
Bulk import via CSV
If you have an existing membership list, use the CSV import to onboard hundreds of members at once:
Download the template
From Members → Import, download the CSV template with the required column headers.
Fill in your data
Populate the template with your member data. Required columns are: First Name, Last Name, Email. Optional columns include Phone, Membership Tier, and any custom profile fields.
Upload and preview
Upload the completed CSV. Zenith AMS shows a preview so you can verify the data before committing.
Confirm import
Confirm the import. Members are created, and invitation emails are dispatched in the background.
Sending direct invitations
From the Members → Invitations panel, you can send invitation links to email addresses. The recipient clicks the link, creates a password, and is immediately added to your association as a member.
