Viewing Your Dues and Financial Obligations
How to check what you owe, understand your payment status, and view your payment history.

The Financial Obligations section of the portal shows every charge your association has assigned to you — dues, levies, event fees, and other financial items.
Accessing your dues
In the left sidebar, click Financial Obligations (listed under Finances). You'll see a list of all charges assigned to your account, with their status, amount due, and due date.
Payment statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | The charge has been assigned but not yet paid |
| Paid | The payment has been received and confirmed |
| Partially Paid | A partial payment has been recorded |
| Overdue | The payment was due before today and hasn't been settled |
| Waived | The charge has been waived by your association admin |
Making a payment
Click Pay Now next to any outstanding charge to be taken to the payment page. Zenith AMS processes payments via Paystack, which supports cards, bank transfers, and mobile money depending on your region.
Tip: After paying, your payment status may show as 'Pending' briefly while it's confirmed. If it hasn't updated within 24 hours, contact your association's Account Officer.
