Participating in Elections
How to view active elections, nominate candidates, and cast your vote.

When your association runs an election, you'll see it in the Elections section of the portal. The actions available to you depend on the current phase of the election.
Election phases
| Phase | What you can do |
|---|---|
| Nomination open | Nominate yourself or eligible members for positions |
| Voting open | Cast your vote for candidates in each position |
| Results published | View the final results and vote tallies |
How to vote

Navigate to Elections
Click Elections & Voting in the sidebar and select the active election.

Review the candidates
Browse the candidate list for each position. Click any candidate to see their profile and bio.

Cast your vote
Select your preferred candidate for each position and click Submit Vote. You may be asked to verify via OTP sent to your registered mobile number.

Receive confirmation
You'll see a confirmation screen once your vote is recorded. You cannot change your vote after submission.
Important: Votes are anonymous — your association administrators cannot see who you voted for, only that you voted.
