Payment Made But Not Showing as Paid
Why a payment might not show up immediately and how to resolve it.
In most cases, online payments via Paystack are confirmed instantly. If a payment you've made isn't showing as Paid, here are the most common reasons and solutions.
Payment is showing as Pending
A Pending payment means Zenith AMS is awaiting confirmation from the payment gateway. This usually resolves within minutes. If it hasn't updated after 30 minutes, check your bank statement to confirm the payment was actually debited.
Debited from account but still shows outstanding
This can happen if the payment gateway callback failed due to a network interruption. Collect your payment reference number and bank statement, then contact your association's Account Officer or our support team. We can manually reconcile and confirm the payment.
Paid via cash or bank transfer
Offline payments must be manually recorded by your association's Account Officer. If you paid offline and your obligation still shows as outstanding, notify your admin with your payment details (amount, date, method) so they can record it in the system.
