Assigning Dues to Members
How to create financial assignments — assigning charges to individual or groups of members.
Once you've created a Financial Item, the next step is assigning it to members. Financial Assignments create the actual obligation that appears in each member's portal.
Bulk assignment
Navigate to Financial Assignments
In the admin panel, go to Finances → Financial Assignments.
Click Assign
Click the Assign button to start the assignment flow.
Select a financial item
Choose the financial item (e.g., '2025 Annual Dues') you want to assign.
Select the target members
Choose to assign to all members, a specific membership tier, or a custom selection of members.
Override amount (optional)
You can optionally override the default amount for specific members — e.g., for discounts or exemptions.
Confirm
Review the summary and confirm. Assignments are created and immediately visible to the selected members in their portal.
