Understanding the financial reports available in Zenith AMS and how to use them.
Zenith AMS provides comprehensive financial reporting to help you understand your association's financial health.
Available financial reports
| Report | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Financial Summary | Total income, total expenses, and net position for a selected period |
| Dues Collection | How much has been collected vs. outstanding across all members |
| Overdue Members | Members with outstanding balances past their due date |
| Member Statement | A full financial ledger for an individual member |
| Collection Forecast | Expected income based on outstanding assignments and due dates |
Accessing reports
Reports are available in two places: the member portal (Reports section in the sidebar) for general financial summaries, and the admin panel (Finances → Reports) for detailed admin-level reports including overdue analysis and individual member statements.
